Workplace Edge provided external HR manager services to us over a twelve-month period. Their work included review and update of our employment contracts and our suite of policies and procedures. Healthy Land & Water
Workplace Edge have been undertaking factual investigations for our Queensland workers’ compensation self-insurance unit for a number of years. Workplace Edge undertook an organisational review for Council, including a council-wide consultation process (including online survey of all staff) to ensure buy-in from all staff and to assist the leadership team with the subsequent change management. The team from Workplace Edge engaged well with the elected Councillors as well as with the Executive Leadership team to ensure the recommendations met the needs of Council now and into the future. Following the organisational review, Workplace Edge also assisted Council to develop a strategic workforce plan, aimed at ensuring Council is able to meet the workforce needs for this growing and developing community.

Paul is a HR Consultant with 20 years’ experience in workers’ compensation, organisational review, change management, culture development and human resources, including working with organisations at both the macro and micro levels. Leanne is a HR specialist with over 15 years’ experience working with not-for-profit and commercial organisations within the healthcare sector. Leanne has consulted to employers in the private and public sector, including Government owned corporations. Grant Barrow is a Human Resources and Management consultant with over 30 years’ experience in organisational change, workers compensation, staff culture programs, workplace investigations, underperformance and disciplinary matters, recruitment and onboarding, workforce development (including skill development workshops), staff recognition and reward programs, staff rostering, HR system implementation and enterprise agreement negotiations.
